Picking Up Your Vehicle at Destination
Once the ship has departed the origin port, an Arrival Notice will be sent to the Consignee's Email and/or Mailing Address.
Please bring the Arrival Notice and a Photo ID when picking up your vehicle. (Note: A notarized letter of authorization is required if anyone other than the person named on the shipping documents will pick up your automobile). If you are not contacted by a representative by the first day of availability as posted on the terminal schedule, please contact us via email at AutoService@pashahawaii.com or telephone at (866) 363-7485.
We urge you to pick up your automobile promptly to avoid payment of storage charges. A storage fee (at all ports) of $25 per day will be assessed for vehicles left beyond the complimentary free time.
Payment is due at the time of booking. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
We take every precaution to ensure each vehicle we transport is handled with care. In the unlikely event your vehicle is damaged during the shipment process and Pasha is responsible for that damage, our liability is limited to the cost of repairs for damage actually sustained to your vehicle, not to exceed the market value of your automobile and, in no event, more than $10,000. Automobiles are designed for road use and may acquire small chips, scratches, scuffs, dents, abrasions or similar marks. Pasha Hawaii Transport Lines LLC as a carrier does not accept liability for minor damage of this or similar nature which is considered to be normal wear and tear. Inspection of the vehicle prior to shipment represents the vehicle’s general overall condition and excludes normal wear and tear damage.
Our policy regarding transit related damage can be found as Rule 20 in our Pasha Hawaii FFW Tariff. This liability limit can be increased for the port-to-port segment of your shipment if you declare the value of your vehicle to the Pasha Hawaii Sales Representative at the time you book your vehicle for shipment. An additional charge of 2% of the entire declared value (the initial $10,000 limit of liability provided by Pasha is not deducted from the value.) will be added. Please check with your personal insurance carrier to determine the extent of your coverage relating to marine transportation.
Pasha Hawaii inspects your vehicle and prepares a survey report when you deliver your vehicle to our port facility. This survey is performed for the benefit of Pasha Hawaii and the vehicle owner to document the condition of the vehicle upon receipt at the port. Pre- existing damage will be noted and verified by you or your designated agent. Automobiles are designed for road use and may acquire small chips, scratches, scuffs, dents, abrasions or similar marks. The Pasha Group/Pasha Hawaii Transport Lines LLC as a carrier does not accept liability for minor damage of this or similar nature which is considered to be normal wear and tear.
