Three all-electric Noell gantry cranes complete a 2,600-mile ocean journey from the Port of Long Beach, advancing phase two of the $555 million Kapalama Container Terminal project.
Honolulu, HI – Three all-electric Noell ship-to-shore (STS) container cranes arrived this morning at Honolulu Harbor, following a three-week Pacific voyage from the Port of Long Beach. Shipped fully upright and intact on an open barge, the cranes traveled nearly 2,600 miles across open ocean in their operational configuration.
